Survey raffle - Terms & Conditions

  • The promoter is: E.M.S Electro Medical Systems S.A whose registered address is at Chemin de la Vuarpillière 31, 1260 Nyon , telephone +41 22 99 44 700.
     
  • Employees of E.M.S Electro Medical Systems S.A or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Competition or helping to set up the Competition shall not be permitted to enter the Competition.
     
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Competition.
     
  • The Competition may only be entered on the Survey Newsletter and by following instructions as detailed in the section below.
     
  • How to Enter: to enter this Competition, the entrants must complete the survey which you will have received per email. Once the survey is completed, you will automatically be added to the participants list and take part in the raffle. 
     
  • The winner will be drawn randomly at 15:00pm (CEST) on 08.06.2020. A follow up email will be sent out on the 10.06.2020 in which the winner will be announced. Any dental practice that has received the survey mail can participate. The representant of the dental practice whom is taking part must be 18 years of age or older as of the day of entry and must be a dental professional (dentist, hygienist, oral therapist, orthodontist, dental assistant etc…). The person taking part must be a representant of the practice, must be 18 years of age or older as of the day of entry and must be a dental professional (dentist, hygienist, oral therapist, orthodontist, dental assistant etc…Practices whom have not received the email may not participate and practices can only take part once.
     
  • . One (1) SURPRISE BOX valued at 1000€ will be given away. Entrants may only enter once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of E.M.S Electro Medical Systems S.A
     
  • The prize of the competition is as follows: The winner of the competition will receive one (1) SURPRISE BOX valued at 1000€ including items such as dental equipment, dental accessories, Goodies and gift cards.  Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. Any and all prize-related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted.
     
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
     
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
     
  • Winner selection and notification: The winner will be drawn randomly under the supervision of E.M.S Electro Medical Systems S.A. The winner will be notified per email or per telephone within three (3) days following selection of the winner. E.M.S Electro Medical Systems S.A shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this competition is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT E.M.S Electro Medical Systems S.A’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE WINNER OF THE COMPETITION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
     
  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
     
  • The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Swiss law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne.
     
  • The winner agrees to grant E.M.S Electro Medical Systems S.A, free of charge, for an unlimited period and in an unlimited geographical area, the right to use his/her name and image in any publicity material, for the purpose of promoting the image and products of E.M.S Electro Medical Systems S.A.
     
  • E.M.S Electro Medical Systems S.A will use the entrants’ personal data to draw this competition and to send the prize to the winner. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
