2. Put your case under a specific category: 

• Children & GBT 
• Orthodontics & GBT 
• Periodontal debridement & GBT 
• Implants & GBT  
• Maintenance/ recall/ patient motivation & GBT 
   

3. Clinician’s photo: Good quality photo. (Ideally at least 3000px heigh or wide) (How to find out how many pixels your images has:  

• Right click and select from “Properties”  (On a Mac “Get info”) 
• Go to Detail tab, (On a Mac: under “More info” arrow) 
• scroll to “Image dimensions”.  
   

4. Please define your title (dentist, hygienist), specialist, country. 
 

5. Name of clinic: In clean words how you would like it to appear.
 

6. Patient information: Precise and relevant including age, sex, habits. 
 

7. Background information: Diet, oral hygiene status, level of motivation of the patient, any relevant past dental medical history.
 

8. Clinical findings: type of condition (gingivitis, periodontitis , mucositis, peri implantitis), bleeding on probing, halitosis, mobility etc. 
 

9. Treatment description in detail. 
 

10. Patient feedback in their own words.
 

11. PHOTOGRAPHS: Please send them as separate attachments and following the requirements below: 

• All photos should be in high definition. Ideally at least 3000px heigh or wide. (If they are smaller, send the best you have but we cannot guarantee the usability.)  
• Rename every photo using the following naming convention: Your Surname_number of the image _Photo title
