The AIRFLOW PERIO powder marked the very beginning of subgingival AIRFLOW treatments. Thanks to its low specific-gravity and fine grain size of 25 microns, the AIRFLOW PERIO powder is delicate and respectful of soft-tissue, gingiva, palatal areas and natural tooth surfaces.
The AIRFLOW PERIO is intended to be used with EMS AIRFLOW® devices equipped with EMS AIRFLOW® and/or PERIOFLOW® Handpiece only, to remove biofilm supragingivally and subgingivally:
- From primary and secondary teeth
- From dental hard tissues: enamel, dentine and cementum
- From oral soft tissues: gingiva, tongue and palate
- From restorations, prosthetics and dentures
- From implants
- From orthodontic appliances including aligners
- Glycine based molecule – delicate on soft-tissue and tooth surfaces
- 120 g bottle
- Relatively small particle size of ~ 25 microns
- Low specific gravity
- Pleasantly sweet taste – ideal for children and hypersensitive patients
